John Liptak
John Liptak. Founder and CEO, 123worx
John Liptak, the CEO and founder of 123worx, is a serial entrepreneur with an impressive track record of launching and successfully managing over six companies. Boasting an extensive 43-year career in both residential and commercial construction, John brings a unique blend of construction leadership and technology expertise to his role. As a Co-Founder of Uberbase, a thriving software company, John’s entrepreneurial spirit led to the company’s success and eventual acquisition by a private equity firm. With a wealth of experience and a keen understanding of the construction industry, John Liptak spearheads 123worx, driving innovation and success at the intersection of construction and technology.
Bharat (Brad) Rudra
Vice President, Sales and Development
Bharat Rudra, the Vice President of Sales and Development at 123worx, brings over thirty years of invaluable experience in software development, business management, and research and development funding. Bharat has co-founded and managed multiple technology companies, including four startups and a software-consulting firm. Serving as the R&D fund manager for ISTP Canada, he demonstrated his strategic acumen in creating and managing collaborative R&D funds program between Canada and India, as well as Canada and Brazil. Throughout his career, Bharat has worked across various roles in small, medium, and large technology companies, contributing significantly to software development. Bharat is a co-founder, charter member, and current president of the Ottawa chapter of The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE), a global not-for-profit organization fostering entrepreneurship.
Angela Mallon
CFO
Angela Mallon is a Chief Financial Officer at 123worx and Liptak group companies. She has extensive experience in accounting within the construction industry. With a robust background in financial management and a keen passion for process improvement, Angela has been an integral part of 123worx leadership team. Angela’s commitment to excellence is evident in her meticulous approach to financial risk analysis and her contributions to policy development and implementation. With a solid track record that includes a stint as Controller at Luxe Developments and roles at PineView Municipal Golf Course, Angela brings a wealth of expertise to her position. Holding a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant designation, and Bachelor of Commerce degree.
